Description

• À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ administers security and privacy awareness training in compliance with the requirements of TAC §2054.5191–.5192 for all users including mangers, and senior executives.
• Training will be provided through the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ-approved approved training system and recorded.
  • All users of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ-owned information resources must complete an À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ approved Information Security Awareness course immediately upon hire and every year after.
  • If the training material changes substantially, the Cybersecurity Manager may choose to have all users, or a specific segment of users retake the training out-of-cycle.
• The Cybersecurity Manager may use other communication channels (such as email and awareness campaigns such as National Cyber Security Awareness Month) to inform users of information security awareness topics.
