Associate of Arts with a Field of Study in Criminal Justice
This two-year degree lets you transfer to a state university to earn your bachelor's degree in criminal justice. A field of study is a group of courses approved by the state that transfer together as a block into a bachelor's program.

This two-year degree prepares you for a career in law enforcement. You'll get classroom instruction and hands-on training from experienced staff. Graduates are ready to work as:
- Municipal police officer
- County or state officer
- Federal agent
- Private investigator
- Loss-prevention agent

CJ Law Enforcement AAS Degree Plan
Associate of Applied Sciences in Criminal Justice/Corrections
This two-year degree prepares you for a career in corrections. You'll get both classroom and practical training from expert instructors. Graduates are ready to work as:
- Correctional officer or guard
- Jailer
- Correctional case worker
Training covers both adult and juvenile systems.

Associate of Applied Sciences in Forensic Arts
This two-year program prepares you for a career as a crime scene technician or investigator. You'll get classroom instruction plus hands-on lab and field training. Many students add this degree to another criminal justice degree to expand their skills.
CJ Forensic Science Certificate
Certificate in Law Enforcement
This one-year, 33-hour program gives you the hands-on and classroom training needed to start an entry-level career in law enforcement.

This one-year, 33-hour program gives you the hands-on and classroom training needed to start an entry-level career in corrections.

Peace Officer Level 1 Certificate
This 36-hour certificate prepares you for a career in law enforcement. You'll learn about the criminal justice system, including law enforcement, corrections, courts, and security at the state, county, and local levels.
